Shipping & Returns
In-store Pickup
- Allow up to 3 business days to complete your online order. An email notification will be sent when it is ready. If there are any delays, we will contact you directly.
- If your order is unpaid for more than 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
- If orders are not picked up within 7 days of fulfillment, we will refund the order. If you need extra time or have any questions about your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Shipping
*Holiday closure Dec 23 - Jan 12. Orders received after Dec 20 will be processed on Jan 13.*
- Items purchased on our online store are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Delivery times vary.
- Dream Cyclery is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once it is with the shipping company it is ultimately out of our control.
Bicycles
- Bicycles below $2000 (tax excluded) ship at a flat rate of $150, and are sent disassembled in their original boxes.
- Bicycles have to be assembled by an authorized dealer in order to maintain the warranty on the bike. Please keep in mind if you decide to build it yourself, any warranty will be voided on the bike.
- Bicycles will take up to 5 business days to ship. Shipping times may vary.
- Any other products (accessories, apparel, components, wheels, etc.) purchased with a bicycle will be shipped in a separate package free of shipping charges.
Electric Bikes
- Electric bikes are in-store pickup only. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Trainers, car racks, & wheels
- All indoor trainers and car racks ship free in their original boxes. If any soft/hard goods (accessories, components, wheels, etc.) are purchased in the order, they will be shipped in a separate package free of shipping charges.
- All wheels ship free by themselves but are shipped separately in order to protect the integrity of the spokes, nipples, etc. If two or more wheels are purchased, they will each be individually shipped in separate boxes free of charge.
Shipping rates:
- Orders up to $99 (excluding tax): $15
- Orders over $99 (excluding tax): Free
- Car racks, indoor trainers & wheels: Free
- Bicycles orders up to $1999 (excluding tax): $150
- Bicycles orders over $1999 (excluding tax): Free
Returns
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
- Purchases can be returned within 14 days if the product and packaging are in original and unused condition.
- We do not accept returns for bicycles, tire tubes and helmets.
- All sales are final on items discounted more than 30%.
Online Purchases
- Return authorization is required for online purchases. Please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number. Any items received without authorization will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- We do not offer free return shipping or provide labels for return packages at this time.
