Information about bicycle assembly, warranties, price matching, and final-sale purchases.

Bicycle Assembly & Warranty

For your safety and to help ensure proper operation, Dream Cyclery recommends that bicycles be assembled and inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

Improper assembly, installation, or adjustment may cause damage or safety issues and may affect warranty coverage where permitted under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty eligibility depends on those terms and applicable law. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Price Matching

Dream Cyclery may offer price matching with authorized Canadian bicycle retailers, subject to store management's discretion and approval.

For a request to be considered, the competing item must be an identical product in brand, model, specifications, and condition, offered by an authorized Canadian dealer. Grey-market products, unauthorized imports, and offers from unauthorized dealers are not eligible.

Price matching is not guaranteed. Management reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

Final-Sale Merchandise

Items discounted by more than 30% are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law, including those relating to defective or misrepresented products.
